Shipping Fees Free Shipping (Shipping charges may vary based on the delivery region)
Remote/Out-of-Delivery Areas (ODZ, etc.): Additional shipping fees and/or delivery delays may occur. If extra charges apply, we will inform you before dispatch and proceed only after your confirmation.
Shipping Notes
Delivery may be delayed due to courier-related factors such as weather, strikes, regional restrictions, peak-season load, etc.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Exchange & Returns Policy
LibFriend supports exchanges/returns primarily for delivery-related issues such as damage, defects, wrong items, or missing items.
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, especially for consumables and opened/unsealed products.
Eligible Reasons for Exchange / Return
You may request an exchange/return if any of the following applies:
Damage during transit / received in damaged condition
Product defect / manufacturing issue
Wrong item delivered or major mismatch vs. product specs/description
Missing items (partial missing from the order) / empty package
Request Deadline (Strict)
Damage / Wrong item / Missing items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery completion (as per courier tracking)
Manufacturing defect (if applicable): Must be reported within 7 days of delivery completion (as per courier tracking)
If external damage is clearly visible at delivery: we recommend refusing delivery (if possible) or reporting immediately upon receipt.
Required Proof (Mandatory)
To process your request, we will require:
Photo of the shipping label/waybill (order number visible) + photos of outer packaging
Clear photos/videos of the issue
For missing items/empty package claims: Unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory
If needed: copy of invoice/tax document
Seal / Opened Product Rule
If the product seal is opened/tampered at the time of delivery, you may be eligible (subject to verification).
If the seal is opened/tampered by the customer after delivery, no return, refund, or replacement will be accepted.
Reverse Pickup (Return Collection)
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions depending on service availability in your area.
Please ensure the product is returned in original condition, with all accessories/parts included, and safely packed for pickup/return.
Non-Returnable / Rejection Cases
Returns/exchanges may be rejected in the following cases:
Product has been used, installed, damaged, modified, or altered
Missing parts/accessories or incomplete package
Damage due to customer mishandling, incorrect use, or poor storage
Request submitted after the deadline
Insufficient proof or mismatch with delivery/order information
Change-of-mind return (unless explicitly approved as an exception)
Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after:
Returned product is received and inspected, or
The claim (missing/wrong item, etc.) is verified and approved without return (where applicable)
Refund Method
Prepaid Orders (Card/Net Banking/UPI): Refunded to the original payment method (or via bank transfer where applicable)
Shipping Fee Refund Rules
If the issue is due to seller/courier responsibility (damage/wrong item/missing/defective): shipping fees (if charged) may be refunded as per policy.
For change-of-mind requests (if exceptionally approved), refunds may be restricted and related shipping/handling fees may be non-refundable.
